What is Compass?

Stephen is an honours graduate in architecture and post graduate studies in real estate finance and investment. 

Over the past 30 years he has transitioned from consulting architect to design management to development management holding senior executive positions in public and privately owned companies as well as running his own specialist development consulting business.   

Stephen has lived and worked in property development in Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia and for the past 15 years, Vietnam.

 Stephen’s primary skill set is planning and architectural design management and feasibility modelling.
